Meta has opened its Meta One subscription to businesses, putting content scheduling, links in organic posts and extended analytics behind four paid tiers that run from $14.99 to $499 a month. The plans are sold per asset, so the price applies to each account a business subscribes.

The company set out the business tiers on Meta for Business and says plans, benefits, pricing and availability vary by region, by app and by account.

What Sits Behind the Paywall

Several of the features in the bundle are things marketers have been doing inside Facebook and Instagram at no cost. Content scheduling is one. A subscription lets a business schedule reels and posts up to a year ahead and stories up to 30 days ahead, with posting-time recommendations and bulk uploading from the Instagram website.

Links are another. Clickable links can now sit inside organic posts and Reels on both apps rather than only in a bio or a direct message, and Instagram gets a shareable Link page carrying up to 20 destinations, images and custom text under its own URL.

The analytics additions are the ones an agency will notice first. Extended Insights History lifts Instagram reporting past the 90-day ceiling and adds a CSV export. Competitive Insights compares a business against up to 10 public accounts at once on published metrics such as follower counts and how many reels, posts and ads each one runs. On Facebook, Custom Audience Insights covers people who engage with content without following the account.

The tiers also carry a verified badge, impersonation monitoring, a verified WhatsApp broadcast channel and a custom WhatsApp web URL. Meta Business Agent, the AI agent that answers customer messages on WhatsApp Business, stays free to start, with each plan unlocking a higher monthly volume of responses.

Priced per Account, Not per Business

Essential starts at $14.99 a month, Advanced at $49.99, Expert at $149 and Max at $499. Advanced is the tier that carries the publishing and analytics tools, which puts the practical entry point for a marketing team at $49.99 rather than $14.99.

Because the charge attaches to an asset, a company running separate accounts for four brands pays four times. An agency managing 30 client accounts on Advanced is looking at roughly $1,500 a month before anything is spent on media. Meta has not published volume terms for agencies or multi-account holders.

Eight Months of Subscription Building

The business tiers complete a rollout Meta started early in the year. In January the company said it would test premium subscriptions across Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp. An Instagram Plus test followed in March and a WhatsApp Plus test in April. Both now sit inside Meta One as single product plans at $3.99 and $2.99 a month, alongside Facebook Plus at $3.99 and consumer bundles at $7.99 and $19.99.

What has changed for marketers is the category the tools belong to. Scheduling, deeper reporting and a link in a post were platform features that came with having a business presence. Meta now treats them as a product line with its own revenue, on a set of apps where the free account keeps posting but loses the tooling around it.
