At its Inbound 2024 marketing conference, HubSpot announced the launch of ‘Breeze,’ its new AI tool. The company said that this tool is designed to enhance marketing, sales, and customer service functions.

What is Breeze designed for?

HubSpot’s Breeze is designed to help businesses by automatically creating marketing content and engaging with customers for service inquiries.

Karen Ng, VP of Product at HubSpot, describes Breeze as a way to "rise above the noise" created by the influx of AI-generated content. She said Breeze combines AI assistance with human oversight to deliver more efficient, reliable marketing strategies.

The company claimed that, unlike generic AI tools, Breeze aims to empower marketers, sales teams, and customer service professionals with advanced automation while maintaining a human touch in the final decision-making process.

“We want to make it exceptionally easy to not only use agents but build and distribute them on our network,” HubSpot Co-Founder and CTO, Dharmesh Shah said.

What are HubSpot Breeze's key features?

HubSpot Breeze has three key features. Each tackles a specific aspect of marketing, sales, or customer service.

Breeze Copilot

Breeze Copilot is a chat-based AI assistant. It works across HubSpot’s browsers and mobile. Copilot aims to simplify tasks for users. It offers personalized recommendations and suggestions based on CRM data.

Breeze Agents

HubSpot said this suite of four agents can automate complex workflows. It can handle everything from content generation and social media campaigns to prospecting and customer support.

Breeze Intelligence

According to the platform, Breeze Intelligence is designed to enhance customer data and insights. Ng explained that the key advantage of Breeze Intelligence is the quality of data it provides. "We know your AI is only as good as the data that it’s actually trained on," she noted.

HubSpot said the tool helps businesses understand their audience better. It also said that it integrates its customer data with information from other external sources.
